I am making this public appology on behalf of my country for the shameful refereeing in the World Cup Final and the game AC Milan V Real Madrid last night.
Webb as a referee was rubbish. As they say, he had a bad day at the office. I suspect he lost some money in a property deal in Benidorm and is taking it out on Spanish sides.
I am sorry, and most English referees are superb, as is demonstrable by the strength in our league.
p.s. Mr Webb, please don't sue me, I am getting it out the way so you can come on holiday and relax.
