Room Needed in Madrid Just for the Weekends

A colleague of mine is looking to rent a room for the weekends only, in Madrid. During the rest of the week he is working in Belgium. Can any one help?

    John mi novio se esta mudanlo el mes que viene a otro departamento y va a quedar libre una habitacion de 2,5mts por 3 mts en Moratalaz a $250, el departamento esta todo reformado y a tres calles del metro Artilleros (linea 9)la gente es muy confiable ya que mi novio estuvo vivendo con ellos 2 años.
